Text Message

Renata Voss (2:12 P.M.)
Hi Julian, the shipment from Kelsworth just arrived at the warehouse. Twelve pallets instead of ten.
Julian Ortega (2:19 P.M.)
Twelve? The purchase order definitely specified ten. Are the extra two the same product code?
Renata Voss (2:24 P.M.)
Checked already. Same code, same lot number. Looks like they duplicated part of the order.
Julian Ortega (2:26 P.M.)
Don't sign the delivery receipt for all twelve then. Sign for ten and note the discrepancy on the paperwork.
Renata Voss (2:31 P.M.)
The driver is waiting and says he can't take anything back without authorization from their dispatch.
Julian Ortega (2:35 P.M.)
That's fine, let him leave them. We'll store the extra two in bay 4 and I'll sort it out with Kelsworth in the morning. Just make sure the paperwork reflects what we actually agreed to pay for.
Renata Voss (2:37 P.M.)
Understood. I'll photograph the receipt before he leaves.

147. What problem does Ms. Voss report?

148. At 2:35 P.M., what does Mr. Ortega most likely mean when he writes, "That's fine, let him leave them"?
