The main lobby of Building C will undergo renovation from 5 May through 27 June. During this period, the north entrance will be closed entirely, and tenants should use the east entrance adjacent to the parking structure. 134 Security staff will be stationed at the east entrance throughout the day to direct visitors who are unfamiliar with the building.
We recognize that this may cause some inconvenience, particularly for those receiving frequent deliveries. Couriers have been notified of the temporary arrangement, and signage will be posted at both entrances to 135 confusion. Building management asks that tenants inform any regular visitors of the change in advance, as delivery personnel arriving at the north entrance may experience delays.
The renovation will 136 the reception area, elevator lobby, and ground-floor restrooms. Once complete, the lobby will feature improved lighting, updated flooring, and additional seating for visitors waiting to be escorted upstairs.
