Product Review: Sona Air Wireless Earbuds ★★★☆☆ Solid Sound, Frustrating App by Marcus Whitfield I've used these earbuds daily for about a month now, and the sound quality genuinely impressed me — the bass is rich without overpowering the vocals, and the noise cancellation works well on crowded trains. Battery life is also excellent, lasting a full workday on a single charge. My main frustration is with the companion app, which is required to customize the sound settings. It frequently fails to connect, and even when it does, adjustments I make often don't save properly. I've had to reset the earbuds to factory settings twice just to fix this issue. Customer support acknowledged the problem exists in a firmware update they promised for last month, but as of today, it still hasn't been released. If the company fixes the app, this product would easily earn five stars. As it stands, I'd recommend waiting for the software issues to be resolved before purchasing, unless you don't mind occasionally troubleshooting a stubborn app.
